Before you get down to #HACKing, please watch these workshop videos.

Whatever you are looking to build, design or create, it is important that you know who you are building for and why they would care, for your ideas to be relevant. This series of workshops are designed to help you with the fundamentals, and are intentionally short (maximum of 33 minutes long), so they are easy to get into.

In this workshop, Bryan will show you a formula for clearly defining a problem that makes it easy for you to understand what the customer wants and the difficulties they face.

He will also give you the characteristics of early adopter customer segments and explain why it's important for you to niche down rather than be too general with your customer segment. He also ends off with some tips on how to use prayer at this stage of customer discovery.

“Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door”… yeah, right.

We can have the best solution for people’s problems, the best intent but we can still be rejected. Jesus was pleaded to go away after He healed the demon-possessed man at Gadarenes. What’s the issue?

Truth is, we respond primarily to emotional appeal rather than logic appeal. It is therefore paramount that we win the hearts of our audience first before we can convince their minds. In this video, Ryo shares insights on how to connect with others drawing inspiration from Biblical stories.

5. Opening up Spiritual Conversations

All relationships begin with conversations. And the same is true when we want to reach people online with the Gospel.

We need to start with conversations. This workshop explores how to connect with someone and journey with them on their spiritual journey. It answers questions such as where to find people online to talk to, how to carry on a conversation and build friendships that may eventually lead to spiritual discussions.

The heart behind this workshop is that we become the good news, not just tell the good news.
